Kenny Mak, Director of International Sales

Kenny earned his MBA at San Francisco Sate University in International Business. He has broad experience in the Asia supply chain industry. Prior to HQTS, he worked in Logistics and supply chain support technology. 

 

Joining HQTS in 2011 as Sales Manger of our Shanghai Branch office, Kenny has been integral to our growth at HQTS. He has been progressively promoted through various positions here at HQTS, and currently is responsibility for managing our China based sales teams in Hong Kong, Fuzhou, Shanghai and Hangzhou.

 

Kenny has lived in Hong Kong and Shanghai for many years and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. He enjoys golf, ski, snooker, pool, and badminton.

Jennifer Chen, Director of CRM

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Fujian Normal University. She joined HQTS in 2001 and now services as the Director of Customer Relations. Jennifer heads up the key account team, and has traveled the world meeting with key accounts and listening to their needs, concerns and expression of appreciation. She works hard to understand what we can do to better serve them.

 

Her team is responsible to ensure our operations are well aligned with our customer’s needs by working hard to better understand their business and by maintaining an open channel of communication. In addition, her team helps resolves issues, and constantly explores ways to keep our service offerings well aligned with customer requirements. 

 

Jennifer is involved in developing and executing company strategy with a special emphasis on our deliverables and customer relations. She enjoys traveling and reading.
