The extension will allow businesses to continue to use the CE marking on certain goods until December 31st, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hqts.com\/all-you-need-to-know-about-ukca-marking-and-testing-in-2021\/\">UKCA marking<\/a><\/strong> is a new UK product marking implemented as a result of the UK leaving the European Union (EU). It came into effect on January 1st, 2021 and was due to replace the CE marking by January 1st, 2023.
