To meet new Certificate of Compliance (CoC) requirements, importers will have to electronically file safety information about their products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It used to be that companies just had to keep safety certificates for their products. But now, as soon as their products arrive at the border, they&#8217;ll have to upload this info directly into the CPSC&#8217;s eFiling system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CPSC says requirements <\/span><b>will affect most <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hqts.com\/cpsia-testing-compiance-guide\/\"><b>children\u2019s product imports<\/b><\/a><b> and domestic children\u2019s products 18 months after the final rule is published<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the Federal Register.
