On July 8 at 2:00 PM, HQTS KOREA delivered a presentation at the Global Distribution Seminar, one of the key programs of the 2025 Korea Import Expo held in Seoul. The event was hosted by the Korea Importers Association and sponsored by Alibaba.com, and was attended by approximately 100 domestic and international buyers and industry professionals, offering a platform to discuss the critical role of inspection services in global supply chains.
John Kim, representing HQTS KOREA, presented under the theme “The Role of Inspection in Global Supply Chains: Building Trust Beyond Quality”, emphasizing that inspection is no longer just about product assurance, but has become a strategic tool for building trust and ensuring sustainability. He began by introducing real-world cases in which inspection failures led to the distribution of faulty products and damage to brand reputation.
He then explained HQTS’s three-stage inspection process—during production, pre-shipment, and post-delivery—and demonstrated, with concrete data and success cases, how these services help reduce operational risk and improve customer satisfaction.
