Larry Lo is currently the Senior Compliance Advisor at HQTS Group, a researcher of City University of Hong Kong and a technical adviser of domestic CNAS accredited laboratory. Dr Lo is also a part of the Young top talent of the Pearl River Talent Plan and is a US ASTM standard reviewer (committee E35).
He has published over 10 outstanding academic papers on inorganic materials. Dr Lo has amassed a wealth of experience at several well-known third-party testing laboratories, providing material testing method development, legal interpretation, and product compliance consulting. He has extensive experience in regulatory compliance for industrial products, particularly in the fields of materials and chemical compliance. He is recognized for the updating and interpretation of consumer products regulations in various countries and provide guidance on the testing methods for newly added restricted substances in new regulations.
Su Chang
ESG & Sustainability Consultant

Ms. Su Chang, specializes in World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement, international investment arbitration, international trade, and complex regulatory and market access issues. She is currently an ESG & Sustainability Consultant at HQTS Group.
Ms. Su has rich experience in advising clients on major economic and trade policies of the European Union and the United States. She has assisted clients in planning EU ESG compliance approaches, addressing complex issues relating to the localization of supply chains and representing clients in responding to investigations under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Ms. Su has been an active contributor to thought leadership on EU ESG and supply chain regulations, with her involvement in a number of impactful articles.
Over the years, Ms. Su has provided legal advice to the Chinese government and companies in various sectors on international economic and trade rules in many fields, including trade remedy measures, intergovernmental treaty negotiations on investment, trade, environment, and international rules on state-owned enterprises.
