He has published over 10 outstanding academic papers on inorganic materials. Dr Lo has amassed a wealth of experience at several well-known third-party testing laboratories, providing material testing method development, legal interpretation, and product compliance consulting. He has extensive experience in regulatory compliance for industrial products, particularly in the fields of materials and chemical compliance. He is recognized for the updating and interpretation of consumer products regulations in various countries and provide guidance on the testing methods for newly added restricted substances in new regulations.
