Nguyễn Hữu Nam is the senior executive and international trade expert with nearly 30 years of experience in trade services, business support, and private-sector development, currently serving as Deputy Director General of VCCI Ho Chi Minh City. He specialises in legal and business consultancy, international economic integration, sustainable development, and Free Trade Agreements, including EVFTA, UKVFTA, CPTPP, and RCEP.
Nguyễn Hữu Nam has extensive experience advising businesses and organisations on market opportunities, regulatory requirements, competitiveness, and international trade. A frequent speaker, moderator, and media expert, he regularly contributes to seminars, conferences, and business forums on trade facilitation, FTA implementation, business development, and sustainable economic growth.
Matteo Vezzosi

Asia Toy & Play Association (ATPA)
Matteo is the Executive Director of the Asia Toy & Play Association, based in the HQ in Singapore. He manages the day to day operations, leads the advocacy and lobbying activities and the overall development of the organization – including the business services and working groups. He is actively contributing to the re-shaping of the toy industry in Asia engaging with key stakeholders and thought-leaders in the region.
Prior joining ATPA, Matteo was responsible for the segment Smart Mobility & Retail Matteo in South Asia Pacific with NXP Semiconductors. In addition, he developed and maintained key strategic alliances with Governments, International Organisations and large industrial conglomerates across Asia. Before NXP, Matteo was the Executive Director of the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore where he contributed to the double digit growth of the organisation. He also led the creation and the daily operations of the EU-ASEAN Business Council – a pan-ASEAN lobbying platform for European companies.
Matteo has been living in Asia for over 18 years and holds a Master in International Studies & Business from the National University of Singapore, where he specialized in trade and economies issues of Southeast Asia. He also holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Florence.
