Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to be in charge of HQTS Netherlands Sales team focus to the Consumer Goods (CG) market (Hardgoods, Soft goods, Electronic and Electrical Products). The ideal candidate will be an experienced business developer & local team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for the Netherlands sales teams.
- Associating with regional vice president and marketing manager to develop EU local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
- Collaborating with the corporate management team in China to identify new business opportunities and new sales channels in EU.
- Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
- Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
- Managing the EU sales teams to achieve the annual sales goals.
- Accomplish the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales
- Coach sales executive for sales management and monitor their management performance.
- Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.
- Keen understanding of CRM and pipeline management
- Hunting, farming inbound and outbound sales methodology knowledge and application track record
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets
Skill & Qualification
- At least 10 years of sales operation, business development & team managing experience in supply chain, international trade or other similar sectors
- Having the team management team experiences.
- Excellent listening, writing and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
- Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.
- Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
- International travel is required.
- Fluent English spoken and written is mandatory requirement, Mandarin Chinese, Dutch or German are also preferable.
