Orine Dsouza leads the global development of the Higg Facility Environmental (FEM) and Social & Labor (FSLM) Modules at Cascale. Her work centers on integrating insights from facilities, stakeholders, and member brands to scale the adoption of these tools worldwide—supporting more responsible, transparent supply chains.
Before joining Cascale, Orine served as Supply Chain Sustainability Manager for H&M India and Sri Lanka, where she was instrumental in long-term sustainability planning, supplier engagement, and issue resolution across the region. She brings rich, hands-on experience in both strategy and execution, and continues to champion progress toward “Decent Work for All” at the facility level.
