EU
In August 2021, the EU recalled 109 products in 16 categories. The most recalled products corresponded to three categories – Motor vehicles（27）, Toys（22） and Protective equipment (12).Most of the recalled products came from China (55). And the main risks were Injuries, Chemical and Health risk. The chart on the right shows the breakdown per product category.
US
In August 2021, the US recalled 21 products in 9 categories. The most recalled products corresponded to three categories – Childcare articles, children’s equipment and toys(6), Electrical appliances and equipment(4) and Hobby / sports equipment(4). Most of the recalled products came from China (15). And the main risks were fire hazard(6), falli, choking hazard(4). The chart on the right shows the breakdown per product category.
CANADA
In August 2021, the Canada recalled 21 products in 7 categories. The most recalled products corresponded to two categories – Household Items(7) and Toys(6). Most of the recalled products came from China (13). And the main risks were product safety, chocking hazard. The chart on the right shows the breakdown per product category.
AUSTRALIA
In August 2021, Australia recalled 28 products in 6 categories. The most recalled products corresponded to Health and lifestyle(10) and Babies and kids(7). And the main risks were injury(13), choking or suffocation hazard(3). The chart on the right shows the breakdown per product category.
